• I am an innovative facilitator, mixed-methods researcher, and policy analyst. Through skilled communication and partnership building within and across crisis-affected contexts, I value the privilege of connecting local-level humanitarian realities to global-level advocacy, strategy, and action.

  • Through the work of teachers in crisis-affected contexts, it is my vision that all young people — regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, citizenship, or disability — are provided access to quality education so they have the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions for their own safety, employability, and well-being.

  • Alongside my consulting activities, I currently work part-time as an Education in Emergencies Specialist at the Geneva Graduate Institute in Switzerland, which I represent on the Geneva Global Hub for Education in Emergencies Technical Working Group.

  • In 2024 I am completing my doctorate at Columbia University in New York, for which I am conducting a mixed-methods study on refugee teacher motivation and retention in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh. I previously earned a Master of Education (with High Distinction) from the University of Sydney, where I researched teachers’ work and wellbeing in Indonesia.
